Interpretation
Words with initial capitals have defined meanings below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- AI Output means any text, document, summary, email, ticket, plan, or other content generated by the Service's artificial intelligence features in response to an Input.
- Input means any text, data, documents, files, or other content you submit to the Service for processing by AI features.
- Third-Party AI Provider means any external artificial intelligence or machine learning service provider whose models or APIs are used by the Company to generate AI Output (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic).
- Account means a unique account created for you to access the Service.
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company.
- Company (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") means Rama TechLabs LLC, 3390 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 320, Atlanta, GA 30326, USA.
- Content means text, images, data, or other material that you post, upload, or transmit through the Service.
- Country means Georgia, United States.
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
- Service means the OutputOS website and application at pastethemess.com.
- Subscription means access to the Service or parts thereof offered on a recurring basis.
- Terms means these Terms and Conditions.
- Website means OutputOS, accessible at pastethemess.com.
- You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
2. Acknowledgment
These Terms govern your use of the Service and form the agreement between you and the Company. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content & Services
This section governs your use of OutputOS's artificial intelligence features. Please read it carefully.
3.1 How AI Output Is Generated
OutputOS uses Third-Party AI Providers to process your Input and generate AI Output. Your Input is transmitted to these providers' APIs in order to produce the Service's core functionality. By using AI features, you consent to this transmission subject to the providers' applicable terms and privacy policies.
3.2 Accuracy and Limitations of AI Output
AI Output is generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI Output before using, sending, publishing, or relying on it. The Company does not warrant that AI Output is accurate, complete, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose.
AI Output does not represent the views or opinions of the Company. Do not treat AI Output as professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.
3.3 Your Responsibility for Input and Output
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any Input you submit. You must not submit Input that:
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights;
- Contains personal data of third parties without proper authorization;
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
- Contains trade secrets or confidential information you are not permitted to share;
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
You are also solely responsible for how you use, distribute, or act upon AI Output.
3.4 Ownership of AI Output
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the AI Output generated from your Input. The Company does not claim ownership of AI Output generated from your Input.
3.5 Third-Party AI Providers
The Service relies on Third-Party AI Providers including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. Your use of AI features is subject to those providers' terms and policies in addition to these Terms. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of Third-Party AI Provider services.
3.6 No Professional Advice
AI Output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, HR, compliance, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI Output.
3.7 Changes to AI Models and Features
The Company may change, update, or discontinue AI models or AI features at any time without notice. AI Output quality and capabilities may vary over time as underlying models are updated.
4. Subscriptions
Parts of the Service are available on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. Billing cycles renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
A valid payment method is required to maintain a paid Subscription. You authorize the Company to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Free Trials
The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period. At the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged for the applicable Subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period except as required by applicable law.
Usage Limits and Fair Use
Each plan includes defined usage limits (e.g., number of outputs per month). Free plan users are limited to 5 outputs per month per 30-day billing period. Paid plans have higher or unlimited output limits as described on the pricing page. The Company reserves the right to enforce fair use policies and may restrict access if usage is excessive, automated in violation of these Terms, or otherwise abusive.
5. User Accounts
When you create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your Account.
You must notify us immediately at support@ramatechlabsllc.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, or a name that is offensive or obscene. The Company reserves the right to refuse to create an account or to suspend or terminate an account at its sole discretion.
6. Content
Your Right to Post Content
You retain all rights to Content you submit to the Service. By posting Content, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit that Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
AI Training — We Do Not Use Your Content to Train Models for Other Users
The Company does not use your Input or AI Output to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models that are made available to other users. Your content is processed to generate your Output and is not used for model training purposes except where you have explicitly consented.
Content Restrictions
You represent and warrant that your Content does not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code;
- Constitute spam, unsolicited advertising, or harassment;
- Impersonate any person or entity.
The Company reserves the right to remove Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
7. Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA-compliant notice to:

Your notice must include: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the infringing material and its location; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief; (v) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (vi) your signature.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Rama TechLabs LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
9. Your Feedback to Us
By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant the Company an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use the Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
10. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service;
- Any AI Output generated by the Service, including errors, inaccuracies, or decisions made based on AI Output;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
The Company's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
13. "AS IS" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated content.
The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that AI Output will meet your requirements.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those laws may also apply.
15. Disputes Resolution
If you have a dispute with the Company, please contact us first at legal@ramatechlabsllc.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any term shall not be construed as a continuing waiver or a waiver of any other term.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email or an in-app notice.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service before the changes become effective.
