3. How AI Processes Your Content

This section explains specifically how your Input is handled by AI systems. Please read it carefully before submitting sensitive content.

3.1 Where Your Input Goes

When you use AI features, your Input is transmitted to Third-Party AI Providers (such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic) via their APIs. These providers process your Input to generate AI Output on our behalf. Your Input is subject to the privacy policies of these providers in addition to this Privacy Policy.

3.2 What We Do — and Don't Do — With Your Input

  • We do: transmit your Input to Third-Party AI Providers to generate your requested AI Output; store your saved outputs and inputs as needed to provide the Service to you; use aggregated, de-identified analytics data to improve the Service.
  • We do not: use your Input or AI Output to train AI models that are shared with or used for other users; sell your Input to third parties; use your Input for advertising purposes.

3.3 Sensitive Information in Your Input

You should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data — such as government-issued ID numbers, financial account numbers, protected health information, or biometric data — as Input unless you have a lawful basis to do so and understand that this data will be transmitted to Third-Party AI Providers. The Company is not responsible for any harm arising from your submission of sensitive data.

3.4 Accuracy of AI Output

AI Output is automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before relying on, sharing, or acting upon it. The Company does not verify the accuracy of AI Output.

4. Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use your Personal Data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • Process your payments and manage your Subscription;
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;
  • Send you promotional communications (you may opt out at any time);
  • Analyze usage to improve the Service;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We may share your Personal Data with Service Providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, AI providers), subject to confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your Personal Data.

5. Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.

Usage Data is generally retained for shorter periods unless used to improve security or Service functionality, or required by law.

6. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your jurisdiction, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and we will not transfer your data to any organization or country without adequate controls in place.

7. Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Data. You can delete outputs and saved data from within the Service, or you may request full account deletion by contacting us at privacy@ramatechlabsllc.com.

We may be required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes even after a deletion request. We will inform you if this applies to your request.

8. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before transfer and you will be subject to a new Privacy Policy.

Law Enforcement

We may disclose your Personal Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

Other Legal Requirements

We may disclose your data when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect the safety of users or the public.

9. Security of Your Personal Data

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
